• What an experience!
• We are moving from Virginia to Arizona this week and asked some friends for a good place to eat while traveling thru OKC. They insisted the Sunrise Cafe was the place. We located them this last Sunday and stopped for breakfast. There are 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids)and I have to say this is the best food, atmosphere and prices I have ever experienced. The owners were not only friendly but down right funny. The place was packed when we walked in and everyone was just chattering away (it was almost noisy but good kinda) and it was CLEAN! I ordered their Ham special and not only was it great tasting but the bone in ham was almost to large for the platter. Our family of 5 ate a great meal and our total was only $24 & change. I thought they rang it up wrong but that was the price for all of us! "Joyce's husband" (that's what he calls himself) was extremely nice and funny. What a great experience. We are coming back to OKC for the next Softball World Series hopefully and we already know where we are going to eat. Not just recommend but this is a can't miss! (Francis, 11/17/2008)
